Condolence & Memory Journal

Dear Deanna, Brian, Eric & family, It's hard loosing another close friend. Louie and Mary meant so much to our family. Tom and Louie car-pooled for 41 of the 43 years that Tom worked at HAPCO. They had some exciting times in their work and traveling back and forth from work to home. Louie will be greatly missed. I'm so sorry we could not spend more time with him during his days without Mary. We will keep the family in our thoughts and prayers. Love to you all. Tom, Lenora & Mark

I worked with Louie for 40+ years during his 55+ years at Hapco. He was one of the first to be hired by Hapco when it first opened in Abingdon in 1962. He was extremely dedicated and talented. He could produce drawings of my ideas with very little input from me (an engineer). I have often said that he was the only drafter I ever worked with that could read my mind. Several times I asked him when he was going to retire to which he always responded when they have to carry me out. He worked at Hapco as long as he was physically able, and reluctantly retired at the age of 85. Louie meant a lot to me and we miss him at Hapco.

We are so sorry to lose your dad, uncle, and brother. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are for you and your family. We will miss him here, but the Ward's have received another good brother into the Kingdom of God. Take heart and know we have been blessed as a family.

Dear, Deanna, Brian,and Eric,

I am praying for you all at this time. No words can help with the loss, but I know a man who can help you through this. Please know that JE, Eileen, and I will be thinking of you as well as praying for you all. Draw closer to the Lord everyday. I know what you are going through. Some days will be long and hard while others will be great as you remember memories. I would have loved to see the home coming they are all having in heaven. Love you bunches
