Kenneth Wayne Troxel, age 50, left this earth on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Kenny was born on April 20, 1967 in Kingsport, TN. Survivors include his father, Carl Troxel of Chilhowie; mother and step-father, Sandra Shaw and Ronnie Hart of Cleveland, VA. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Neil and Helen Troxel and Roby Lee and Pearl Shaw. In addition to his parents, Kenny is survived by three children: Dalton Troxel, Brittney Troxel and Ashley Wade, all of Marion; his sister, Pam Troxel of Chilhowie; seven grandchildren, three nephews, and several aunts and an uncle. Kenny was well-known for his auto-body workmanship and for his love of fixing up old vehicles. Funeral services will be conducted 12 PM Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Williams Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dean Lundy officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Springs Cemetery in Abingdon, Va. The family will receive friends from 11 until 12 Saturday prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Robbie Collins, Charlie Hamm, Josh Hamm, Henry Harris, Doug Mason, and Lonnie Hart. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
